Returns Policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be located in its original state, without damage or signs of use.
• The packaging must be intact and include all original accessories and documents (e.g. proof of purchase).
• The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer, unless it is a defective or incorrect product.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact us at sales@anastasakisjewerly.gr to register your return.
2. Pack the product safely and send it to our address: 81, 1821 Street, Heraklion 71201.
3. Once we receive and check the product, we will proceed to refund ή replacement, according to your preference.

Exceptions:

No returns are accepted to:

• Products that have been used or tampered with.
• Products made to order or with customised features.
